Elevated Latency and Intermittent Request Failures

A subset of customers experienced elevated latency and intermittent request failures (including some timeouts) due to a network performance issue at our upstream CDN provider, Cloudflare, affecting both eastern and western North America. The impact was primarily to traffic routed via Cloudflare's Argo Smart Routing in the affected regions.

Service was restored the same day once Cloudflare identified and mitigated the issue on their side.

We are implementing additional monitoring and resiliency improvements as the result of this impact.
